Commission rules and guidelines

1. I generally only accept payment through Paypal, but I may occasionally take points. If you are unsure, please ask, if I have not recently taken a point commission I will probably accept. 
   
2. I require payment up front
3. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable doing it or I'm afraid won't finish it in a timely fashion. I may also avoid drawing certain designs due to personal religious beliefs.
4. I do not offer refunds until at least 6 months have passed from payment and no updates have been offered since that time, or 10 months have passed since payment without the piece completed
5.  I also reserve the right to cancel and send your money back if I do not believe I'll be able to complete it in a timely fashion, or if I'm having complications with it that I can't resolve.
6. My specialties lie in equine art and humans, but I am willing to try other species! The pricing for other species may vary from that of my usual commissions. Please contact me if you would like to request non-equine art.
7. Please let me know upon commission if you would like to see works in progress, otherwise it will be a surprise. You can inquire about the piece at any time during the process for a update.
8. Once I complete a commission, it is yours, and you may do with it as you please! If posting on social media, please include a link to my profile. If there is a signature, please do not remove it (if you would like to remove it for any purpose, please note me for permission first)
9. I only allow the re-posting of custom ref-sheets done by me. Any other type of commission can not be re-posted on DeviantArt.
10. I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible, but please be aware that life does get in the way! I am a university student with a very busy lifestyle, so finding time for art can often be a challenge. Commissions can take up to 2 months to complete, though they usually do not take more then two weeks.
